Incidental duties include:

  • Arranging quotations and repairs for building maintenance
  • Maintaining the owners corporation register
  • Payment of all invoices
  • Preparation and distribution of financial statements and budgets
  • Preparation and distribution of contribution notices
  • Attending to orders, submissions and appeals
